Patient Participation Group

The practice has a Patient Participation Group. The aim of the group is to involve patients in the improvements of service the Practice offers.  

If you are interested in joining the group, please leave your contact details with a member of the reception team who will pass your details on to the practice manager who will then contact you. We collect feedback using patient surveys and also face to face meetings.

Patient Survey Results 

The survey results for our patient survey can be found under the "Practice Survey Reporting" section of our web site. 

The information you supply us will be used lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to know what information is held about you and sets out rules to make sure that this information is handled properly.
